to Tribeca, Renee, and Haley for being chosen as the 2023 TechGirls! During their four weeks in the United States, our Taiwan TechGirls will interact with U.S. peers and young women from 35 countries. TechGirls participants will have an opportunity to study hot STEM topics, while also engaging in an internationally diverse cultural exchange program. Later this year, AIT will work with their mentor Dr. Anita Hu, a professor at National Tsing Hua University, to organize a tech bootcamp and STEM workshops in several cities around Taiwan so that the girls can share their experiences in the United States, including the community projects they participated in. We encourage high school students to watch for other opportunities to join with fellow students, learn about technology, and build skills to pursue their dreams.
